The purchase of Healthy Bio-Vitamins products are conducted under the following Terms and Conditions.

All products remain Healthy Bio-Vitamins property until completion of payment. Healthy Bio-Vitamins reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time.

All major credit cards are accepted via Pay-Pal secured system.

The customer is responsible for all taxes.

Health Bio-Vitamins is committed to outstanding customer service therefore, orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipment can take place as soon as 24 hours after the order has been processed. Orders may take within one week time to arrive within USA and Canada.  Shipping to other countries contact our customer service for details.  We are closed on weekends and  other national holidays.

When you receive your order, please make sure to check and confirm  the packaging for any damage or defects  and inform us  immediately  if there is a problem with your shipment.  You are obliged to return our products within two weeks of receiving as long as the product container seal in unbroken.  We will be fully reimbursing your order by deducting a bank charges to cover credit card processing fee.
